Ms. Kibare is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and the Managing Partner at Johnson & Partners Advocates LLP, with a bias for environmental law and policy, Media and Entertainment Law, Intellectual Property Law, Constitutional Law, Human Rights, conveyancing and commercial law.

As a Media and Entertainment Law enthusiast, she has worked with several Brands including Azziad Nasenya, Natalie Tewa, Peter Kawa, Melissa Kiplagat, Amalie Chopetta, Guardian Angel, Klones Melody, Jfam, Diana Chacha to name but a few. Her main focus is to ensure a Brand is legally standing, maximize on adding value to brands services by ensuring that all legal aspects of a brand are not only legally respected but monetary value is also added to it.

As an environmental law enthusiast and her main areas of focus include Environmental Litigation, Extractive Industries Policy Development and review, environmental policy and governance, Public Interest Litigation, and Commercial Law. She is very keen on alternative forms of dispute resolution such Arbitration and Mediation.

Ms. Kibare has also been part of the East Africa Community regional policy Advocates trained on the Extractive Sector (Oil and Gas Law) by the Canadian Bar Association. Undertaken the Africa Extractives Learning and Governance Program 2022 at the Africa Regional Extractive Industries Knowledge Hub and Strathmore University. She is also a qualified Trainer by the United Nations Office on Drug and Crime (UNODC) on combating and prosecution of forest, wildlife and fisheries crimes. Ms. Kibare focuses greatly on global public policy on environmental law, Extractives Industry and the blue economy development.

Her work experience cuts across both public, private sector and in the Non-Governmental Organizations having worked at the Kenya Forest Service, Country Legal Consultant with the International Lawyers Project, Consultant with Kenya Oil and Gas Working Group, Eat Africa Wild Life Society and also worked at a number of law firms.
